OUR POLICY:ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE A FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED
- Products may be returned for full refund within 14 days of receiving them.
- After 14 days and up to 30 days products may be returned for credit only.
- Products must be in original packaging unwashed and unworn. Please enclose a copy of the invoice, with a written statement stating what exchange or return you would like to do.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
- We recommend using Canada Post, to receive the best rate. As well as insure the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damage packages.
